In typing your name into this form, the Project Sponsor agrees to hold the Pine Eagle United Youth Fund and the participating youth group harmless for any damages to property or injuries that may result from the performance of the work required to complete this project. Please note that your project cannot be placed in the Project Bank or assigned to a youth group until this form is completed and returned to the Project Committee.
